Interview conducted by Jessie L. Embry as part of the LDS Native American Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 2 Oct. 1990. Dandy talks about growing up and living as a Navajo Indian in Arizona and Utah. He describes his experiences on the Mormon Church Indian Placement Program and gives his opinion of the excommunication of the Native American Mormon Church leader, John P. Lee.
